There are a broad range of matters we discuss with our clients regarding auto accidents, slip and fall cases, and cases for other injuries and suffering caused by someone else’s mistakes. Our initial consultation is free, so there is no harm in meeting with attorney Ted Gross before you sign anything. We offer several options that could help you recover. In personal injury cases we don't recover unless you recover. If you have been injured let us help you get what you deserve.
If you've been injured in an accident, whether you fell on someone else's property or were hurt in a car accident, it's important for you to keep your head. There are some essential steps you can take that can help if you need to collect compensation for your injuries.
Inspect the area and attempt to find out what caused your accident. If you have a camera or cellphone camera, take a photo of the areas and any injuries or bruises. Write down the names, telephone numbers, and the addresses of any witnesses. Be sure to note the date, time, and location of where you fell. If the incident occurred in a business, be sure to have the on-duty manager fill out an accident report and get a copy for yourself.
It will be quite difficult to assert a claim for injuries and pain and suffering without proper medical documentation, and a delay in seeking treatment may hurt your claim, not to mention you may aggravate an injury by not immediately seeking medical help.
